oh i loved these as a child so much. my mom put awesome costume jewelry (mostly pins) in each pocket and had a large felt christmas tree that hung on the wall nearby and each night we would take a pin that we remembered with glee from previous years, and ooh and ahh over it, then pin it on the tree as an ‘ornament’. so.... thrift store jewelry? and thanx so much for the halloween candy idea...the skittles experiment was a huge hit at school today!
